1. Introduction

Welcome to Kama Loka Journeys (ABN 98 142 210 372), operated by Kassie Thomas-Smith, based in Queensland, Australia.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, services, and any related content or materials provided by Kama Loka Journeys (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By booking a session, using our website, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with using our services.

2. Nature of Services

Kama Loka Journeys provides complementary and spiritual hypnotherapy services, including but not limited to:

Past Life Regression Therapy
Soul Regression Therapy
Hypnotherapy and guided inner exploration

These sessions are spiritual and self-developmental in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, you are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified health professional before and after your session.

3. Client Acknowledgement

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are participating voluntarily and of your own free will.
You understand that results vary between individuals and that no specific outcome or healing result can be guaranteed.
You are of sound mind and legal age (18+) to provide informed consent.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after the session.
You have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions truthfully prior to the session.
You understand that hypnosis and regression techniques are complementary tools for relaxation, insight, and self-awareness — not clinical therapy.

4. Booking and Payment

All sessions are booked in advance.
Fees for services are clearly stated at the time of booking.
Payment is due before the session via [accepted methods, bank transfer, or Square].
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST
Kama Loka Journeys reserves the right to update pricing and session options at any time.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session can be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance may incur a full session fee.
Refunds are not provided once a session has commenced or after a session has been completed.
In the event that we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the option of a full refund or a new appointment time.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All information shared during sessions, or on this website, is offered in good faith for personal insight and spiritual development.
We make no claims or promises of medical, psychological, financial, or relationship outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kama Loka Journeys and Kassie Thomas-Smith disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services or reliance on any information provided.
You accept full responsibility for the choices and interpretations you make as a result of your session.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a statutory guarantee applies, we will honour our obligations to provide a suitable remedy (resupply or refund).

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information, written or verbal, is treated as strictly confidential and is stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009.
Client notes, recordings, or session data will never be shared without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Online Sessions

Kama Loka Journeys conducts sessions online via secure platform Doxy.me
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, privacy, and a quiet environment during your session.
Online sessions are considered equally effective as in-person sessions, as the connection works with your subconscious and superconscious mind, which transcends physical space.

9. Intellectual Property

All written materials, recordings, content, and website information are the intellectual property of Kama Loka Journeys and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

You may use materials provided to you personally for reflection and integration purposes only.

10. Code of Conduct

Kama Loka Journeys upholds professional and ethical standards consistent with the practice of hypnotherapy and regression work.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully, inappropriately, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical disruption, natural disaster, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
